Silane combustion purification tower uses the reaction product of air and silane under high temperature and high pressure as an absorbent to decompose harmful components in the exhaust gas into carbon dioxide and nitrogen, etc., so as to achieve the purpose of purification.
The equipment has the characteristics of small investment, low operating cost, and convenient operation and maintenance.
Process:
Collection of exhaust gas → pretreatment → circulation in the purification tower (removal of smoke and some harmful components) → discharge.
Description:
1. Collection of exhaust gas:
The gas enters the pretreatment section through the exhaust pipe. Since the exhaust gas contains a variety of impurities, the gas needs to be filtered to control the dust content below 30mgm3.
2. Pretreatment:
The filtered clean gas is introduced from a high place into the preheating section by a centrifugal fan, and then heated to above °C through a venturi tube to remove most of the moisture in the exhaust gas. Then, it passes through the packing layer to make the air flow turbulent and fully absorb the heat from each point, thereby increasing the temperature.
3. Circulation in the purification tower:
The air inlet of the purification tower is equipped with a heat recovery device, which recovers the waste heat of the exhaust fan to the preheating section, preventing the waste of cooling capacity and increasing the exhaust temperature, which is conducive to the removal of pollutants.
4. Exhaust:
The purified gas is discharged through the air outlet, and the valve is automatically closed after reaching the standard.
