High-Efficiency VOC Removal: Uses activated carbon adsorption combined with catalytic combustion to remove VOCs and organic waste gases efficiently. Purification efficiency is above 95%, with paint spraying VOCs removed at 91–99%.

Energy-Saving Self-Regeneration: Saturated carbon fiber felt can be regenerated by steam heating for 10–15 minutes, reducing consumable cost while maintaining continuous operation.

Broad Applicability: Suitable for benzene-containing substances in spray painting processes, as well as other VOCs from chemical, printing, electronics, pharmaceutical, rubber, plastics, and furniture industries.

Regeneration method After saturation, the carbon fiber felt filter cartridge is removed, heated by steam for 10–15 minutes, dried, and reinstalled. Steam gas is condensed and organic solution separated; unusable material can be burned.

Working Principle

The equipment consists of air inlet, pre-filter, adsorption section, and air outlet. After entering the unit, the organic waste gas is first filtered, then flows into the activated carbon adsorption section for purification. The purified air is discharged by a fan. Saturated carbon fiber felt can be removed and regenerated: heated by steam for 10–15 minutes, dried, and reinstalled for continued use. Steam gas is condensed, and organic solution is separated; unusable material can be safely disposed of. This process ensures continuous high-efficiency purification of VOCs, with treated air meeting national and local standards.
