| Regeneration method | After saturation, the carbon fiber felt filter cartridge is removed, heated by steam for 10–15 minutes, dried, and reinstalled. Steam gas is condensed and organic solution separated; unusable material can be burned. |
The equipment consists of air inlet, pre-filter, adsorption section, and air outlet. After entering the unit, the organic waste gas is first filtered, then flows into the activated carbon adsorption section for purification. The purified air is discharged by a fan. Saturated carbon fiber felt can be removed and regenerated: heated by steam for 10–15 minutes, dried, and reinstalled for continued use. Steam gas is condensed, and organic solution is separated; unusable material can be safely disposed of. This process ensures continuous high-efficiency purification of VOCs, with treated air meeting national and local standards.
