Industrial bag dust collector is when the dust-containing gas enters the dust collector by the inlet and outlet, first encounters the inclined plate and baffle in the middle of the inlet and outlet, and the air flow turns into the ash bucket, while the air flow speed slows down, due to the inertia, the coarse particles in the gas directly flow into the ash bucket. It plays the role of pre-collecting dust, and the air flow into the ash hopper then folds upward through the filter bag equipped with a metal skeleton inside and the dust is collected on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper cleaning room of the filter bag and is collected into the outlet for discharge. In the process of purifying the dust containing gas through the filter bag, more and more dust accumulates on the filter bag with the increase of time, which increases the resistance of the filter bag. As a result, the treatment air volume is gradually reduced, in order to work normally, to control the resistance within a certain range (140-170 mm water column), once it exceeds the range, the filter bag must be cleaned, cleaned by the industrial bag control instrument sequence trigger the control valve to open the industrial bag valve, the compressed air in the air bag is sprayed into the corresponding filter bag by the holes of the blowpipe. Working principle

Industrial bag dust collector refers to the method of blowing compressed air to remove the dust attached to the filter medium (bag or filter cartridge); According to the size of the dust collector may have several sets of industrial bag valve, controlled by the industrial bag controller or PLC, each time open a set of industrial bag valve to remove the dust of the part of the bag or filter cartridge controlled by it, while the other bag or filter cartridge works normally, after a period of time the next set of industrial bag valve is opened. The next part of the dust collector is composed of ash hopper, upper box, middle box, lower box and other parts, and the upper, middle and lower box are divided chambers. When working, the dust-containing gas enters the ash hopper from the inlet air duct, the coarse dust particles directly fall into the bottom of the ash hopper, the fine dust particles enter the middle and lower box with the airflow turning point, the dust accumulation is attached to the outer surface of the filter bag, the filtered gas enters the upper box to the clean gas collection tube - exhaust air duct, and is discharged to the atmosphere by the exhaust fan. The cleaning process is to cut off the clean air outlet duct of the chamber first, so that the cloth bag of the chamber is in a state of no air flow through (separate chamber stop air cleaning). Then open the industrial bag valve and use compressed air to spray and clean the industrial bag. The closing time of the cut-off valve is enough to ensure that the dust removed from the filter bag after spraying settles to the ash hopper, avoiding the phenomenon that the dust is separated from the filter bag surface and attached to the adjacent filter bag surface with the air flow, so that the filter bag is cleaned thoroughly. The exhaust valve, industrial bag valve and ash discharge valve are fully controlled by the programmable controller. The dust-containing gas enters through the air inlet, and when it passes through the ash hopper, part of the large particle dust in the gas is separated by the inertial force and gravity, and falls directly into the bottom of the ash hopper. The dust-containing gas enters the filter bag filter area of the middle box after passing through the ash hopper. The gas passes through the filter bag, and the dust is blocked on the outer surface of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box through the filter bag mouth and then is discharged by the outlet.

With the extension of filtration time, the dust layer on the filter bag continues to accumulate, and the resistance of the dust removal equipment continues to rise. When the resistance of the equipment rises to the set value, the cleaning device begins to clean the dust. First of all, a branch lifting valve is closed, the filter air is cut off, and then the electromagnetic bag valve is opened, the compressed air is rapidly expanded in the upper box in a very short time, and the filter bag is poured into the filter bag, so that the filter bag is expanded and deformed to produce vibration, and under the action of the reverse airflow, the dust attached to the outer surface of the filter bag is stripped into the ash hopper. After the cleaning is completed, the electromagnetic industrial bag valve is closed, the lifting valve is opened, and the chamber is restored to the filtering state. Cleaning each room in turn, from the first room cleaning to the next cleaning for a cleaning cycle. The dust trapped by the filtration and ash cleaning work falls into the ash hopper, and then is centrally discharged by the ash discharging device at the mouth of the ash hopper.
