CRBF type high concentration glass fiber reinforced plastic nitrogen oxide purification tower, is our company set for many years design, manufacturing BF type glass fiber reinforced plastic nitrogen oxide purification tower based on the experience, the introduction of advanced technology in the United States, and finally form a new generation of technology, excellent performance purification equipment. It is mainly used to purify and treat high concentration nitrogen oxide (NOX), nitric acid (HNO3), salt nitrogen oxide (HCl), sulfur nitrogen oxide (H2SO4), hydrofluoric acid (HF), ammonia (NH3) and other acid and base waste gas and other mixed waste gas streams. It has the compact structure of the original CRBF type, small footprint, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, light weight, easy installation, transportation, management, maintenance and other characteristics, but the purification efficiency is higher and more effective.
The CRBF high concentration glass fiber reinforced plastic nitrogen oxide purification tower produced by our company adopts special spray system, packing and fog collector, and its nozzle adopts low pressure, large flow and fine fog nozzle imported from the United States. It is characterized by no clogging, no maintenance and good spray effect. The filler is made of pure PP barbed garland made by our company. Its superior dispersion air flow performance can make the waste gas react more fully with the absorption liquid, and the purification effect is higher. The fog collector is the key part to solve the problem of floating liquid in the purification tower. The fog collector material selected by the company is a fine ball ring with good air permeability, high water blocking efficiency and low airflow resistance produced by the company. Its efficient water collection rate completely solves the problem of floating liquid in the purification tower.
CRBF high concentration glass fiber reinforced plastic nitrogen oxide purification tower produced by our company is widely used in solar cell silicon material cleaning production line, chemical industry, machinery, electronics, meters and other industries of electroplating pickling waste gas purification treatment occasions. After long-term use by users, its purification efficiency can meet the national standard GB16279-1996 "Air pollution comprehensive emission standard" and Shanghai standard DB31/374-2006 "Semiconductor industry pollutant Emission Standard".
1 purification system management must be equipped with the person responsible for training posts.
2 purification Taga drugs, it is recommended to first cool the solution temperature below 50 ℃ to prevent excessive dosing tube aging, shortened life.
3 fan and water pump switch procedure: boot, after the first open air blower pumps; shutdown, the first fan and then shut off the pump.
4 equipment cycles and fluid replacement every 15 days to complete once.
5 equipment inside the nozzle and fill the washing once every three months.
6 In the operation of purification equipment, you must check the following:
1) fan, water pump is functioning properly;
2) liquid storage tank of liquid is normal;
3) NaOH, Na2S and other concentrations, dosing is normal, PH meter is displayed correctly;
4) the adequacy of liquid supplement daily operation;
5) The fan inside the oil bearing liquid is within the normal range;
