Waste gas enters the RTO unit through the inlet and passes through ceramic packing beds for preheating. The preheated gas then enters the combustion chamber where VOCs are oxidized into CO2 and H2O at high temperature (≥760 °C). Heat from the outgoing purified gas is transferred to the incoming waste gas via the ceramic beds, achieving heat recovery efficiency >95%. Automatic valves cycle continuously, ensuring stable operation, energy-efficient gas circulation, and minimal fuel consumption. The purified gas is finally discharged through the fan, meeting emission standards without secondary pollution.
